| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กใน อนาคตที่ตอบสนองความต้องการชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใน การศึกษาการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอนาคตที่ตอบสนองความต้องการชุมชน จำนวน 12 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบรูปแบบ จำนวน 9 คน ซึ่งผู้วิจัย เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการบริหาร จัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอนาคตที่ตอบสนองความต้องการชุมชน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ ที่มีค่าดัชนีความ สอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่ตอบสนองความต้องการ ชุมชนตามขอบข่ายการบริหารงาน 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการ บริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป 2) รูปแบบการ บริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอนาคตที่ตอบสนองความต้องการชุมชน ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก 20 องค์ประกอบย่อย 3) ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการ บริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอนาคตที่ตอบสนองความต้องการชุมชน พบว่า มีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The purposes of this research were as follows: to develop the administration model for small school in the future that responding to community need. The sample consisted of 12 experts in regarding the guidelines for the administration, and 9 experts in develop and examination of the model carried out by group discussion, selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments included an interview form for the management guidelines for small school in the future that responding to community need, and evaluation forms assessing modal suitability and feasibility with an IOC index of 0.80 to 1.00. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) the management guidelines for small school in the future that responding to community need according to the scope of administration in 4 areas, consisting of academic administration Human resource management Budget management and general administration; 2) the components of the administration model for small school in the future that responding to community need found that the system comprised five main components, and 20 sub-components; and 3) the evaluation outcome of the administration model for small school in the future that responding to community need demonstrated a highest level of appropriateness and feasibility for the developed model. | en_US |
